Having troubles logging onto ADESA.com? Have you registered? Not sure? Waiting for an approval? Question?

ADESA provides a Dealer Support Line to assist dealers in getting registered and logged in to ADESA.com.

Support will be able to:

  • Help you login to ADESA.com if you have forgotten or misplaced your password or user ID.
  • Assist you in the completion of an online application for ADESA.com.
  • Verify the status of your registration.
  • Teach you how to easily navigate this site.
  • Escalate issues for resolution

Support will NOT be able to:

  • Approve applications. (It is necessary for the auctions to verify application information prior to approval.)
  • Provide ADESA Market Guide information data.

Additionally, your local auction eTeam Member or Dealer Registration personnel may also offer assistance in getting you approved. When contacting the auction directly, please ask for either the eTeam or Dealer Registration Representative.

Note: Auctions need to verify the business relationship with the applicant. This can usually be done within 1 - 2 business days however may take longer if the applicant (or business) is unknown to the auction or there is missing information from the dealer's application.
